Where is my order?
To check your order status, just click on “Your Account” at the top of the page, sign in and then Order History.
- New Order means you have just placed an order and is waiting to be processed.
- Processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and dispatching your goods.
- Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email or call us.
How long will delivery take?
Products are delivered next day unless other delivery date or service is selected.
Can you deliver to villages?
Yes, we can deliver special orders to villages at extra cost. As these orders have to be delivered by hand on car, so there will be an extra cost involved in this special arrangement. Please send us an email at email@example.com. The extra delivery charges depend upon mileage from our warehouse to your location of delivery approximately Rs: 75 per Kilometer.
Why it is showing different prices every week?
Our base currency is USD and all prices are in USD. This show in local currency PKR that’s why price are change in every week.
Is any person can collect / receive order?
Anywhere third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels, ships and other business locations, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via debit/credit card (both local & foreign Visa and Master Cards are accepted), cash on delivery, bank transfer, Western Union/MoneyGram and Easy paisa/Jazz Cash.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes an invoice is emailed after confirmation to you as soon as the order is placed.
What could result in delayed delivery of my order?
We do our best to deliver your gifts on your specified dates or to expedite standard orders. The following reasons may prevent in meeting the specific dates:
Late Approval of the Credit Card, Late placement of order, Failure as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
Can you also deliver order to other cities in next day?
Standard Delivery is next day, will be applicable within the Lahore, other main city (Karachi Islamabad, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Peshawar, of Pakistan delivery 48 hrs. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Speaking Roses Pakistan you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.

Is Same Day Delivery possible?
Selected products are not available for same day delivery or other special delivery services. Further information regarding product availability and delivery options will be presented when placing your order.
